Oxford Brookes has a supportive and lively research environment and the School of Education enables staff to achieve excellence in their chosen field and to produce the highest quality of research outputs.

Research takes place in all education sectors and related services and research themes include: learning, identity and culture; childhood, families and community; curriculum, pedagogy and assessment; purposes, ethics and beliefs; and partnership, policy and leadership.
